    No account fees. Trading spreads start at 0.02% on majors. Crypto on-ramp fees are passed through from our licensed partner. There are no commissions and no inactivity fees.
  • 02Is leverage available?
    Yes, where regulators permit. Caps are jurisdictional — typically 1:30 for retail in EU-style regimes and 1:100 for qualified accounts. We will not increase your limit without an updated suitability assessment.
  • 03How fast are withdrawals?
    Same-business-day for fiat to verified bank accounts; near-instant for crypto to a whitelisted wallet. Every withdrawal requires step-up biometric or hardware-key confirmation.
  • 04What protects me if the platform fails?
    Your funds sit in segregated custodian accounts held by regulated third parties — not on our balance sheet. Crypto assets are held under cold/hot split with an institutional custodian. Withdrawals continue even during outage windows.
  • 05Can I really shop and donate from the same balance?
    Yes — the central wallet is the single in-platform settlement source. Trade gains immediately become spendable in the catalog or contributable to a Lift programme, with no internal transfers required.
  • 06Where do you source price data?
