Senior team, flat hierarchy

Most of our engineers and designers have 10+ years shipping product. Decisions happen close to the work.

Boring and reliable beats clever and brittle

We prefer the well-understood tool over the new shiny one. Financial systems are not where you take dependency risk for fun.

Accessibility and trust are launch-gating

Not "we'll add it in v2." It ships AA-clean or it doesn't ship.

Calm communication

Async-first. Clear writing in PRs and design docs is a job requirement. We don't reward firefighting.

Generous time off

30 days paid leave plus the local statutory holidays. The team takes them.

Equity from day one

Every full-time hire receives equity. Vesting is standard 4-year with 1-year cliff.
