Tracking your shop order
Where to find tracking, what the statuses mean, and what to do if something’s missing.

Every shop order has a live status. Find it under Account → Orders, or follow the link in your order-confirmation email.
Status meanings
- Pending
- Your order has been received but hasn’t been picked from the warehouse yet. Usually clears within 12 hours.
- Processing
- Picked, packed, and waiting on the courier pick-up.
- In transit
- Out for delivery with your carrier. Tracking number visible.
- Out for delivery
- On the truck for today.
- Delivered
- Carrier has marked it delivered.
- Action needed
- Something went wrong — usually an address issue. Reply to the email or contact support.
Something missing or wrong?
Contact support within 14 days. Include your order number (in the confirmation email) and a photo if anything arrived damaged. We action most cases within 24 hours.
