Tracking your shop order

Where to find tracking, what the statuses mean, and what to do if something’s missing.

Every shop order has a live status. Find it under Account → Orders, or follow the link in your order-confirmation email.

Status meanings

Pending
Your order has been received but hasn’t been picked from the warehouse yet. Usually clears within 12 hours.
Processing
Picked, packed, and waiting on the courier pick-up.
In transit
Out for delivery with your carrier. Tracking number visible.
Out for delivery
On the truck for today.
Delivered
Carrier has marked it delivered.
Action needed
Something went wrong — usually an address issue. Reply to the email or contact support.

Something missing or wrong?

Contact support within 14 days. Include your order number (in the confirmation email) and a photo if anything arrived damaged. We action most cases within 24 hours.
